csjobs.ca is an AI-powered job board designed to help Canadian computer science students discover and apply for internship opportunities. The Service includes job listings, AI-powered resume matching, resume tailoring suggestions, job alerts, application tracking, and premium features.
You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Service. By using csjobs.ca, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. We do not store your full payment card details.
If we offer a free trial, the terms and duration will be specified at the time of enrollment. Each user is eligible for one free trial only. Abuse of the trial system (such as creating multiple accounts) may result in account termination.
All purchases are final unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing paid features, contact us at contact@csjobs.ca and we will work to resolve the issue or provide a refund at our discretion.

csjobs.ca is not an employer and does not participate in hiring decisions. We are a job discovery platform. Any application you submit is between you and the employer.
All content on the Service -- including but not limited to the website design, text, graphics, logos, software, AI algorithms, and compiled job data -- is the property of csjobs.ca or its licensors and is protected by Canadian and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our express written permission.
You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Service (such as resumes). By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process and analyze that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. This license ends when you delete your content or account.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless csjobs.ca, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts located in Ontario, Canada.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and csjobs.ca regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements, communications, and understandings.
