Job Description
The Electrical Engineer, Associate (I) supports the design, integration, and testing of electrical systems for uncrewed aircraft systems (UAS).
Responsibilities
Assist with design and drafting of wiring harnesses and electrical assemblies.
Support integration of avionics, payloads, and power systems under supervision.
Participate in prototype assembly, bench testing, and electrical verification.
Create and maintain engineering documentation including cable drawings and layouts.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field required.
0–2 years of professional engineering experience preferred.
Familiarity with schematic capture tools like Altium or KiCad.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to precision required.
Preferred
Coursework in avionics, embedded systems, or power electronics.
Basic scripting or automation experience with Python or MATLAB.
Compensation
$72,000 to $85,000 CAD annually
