Job Description
The Jr. Java Developer works within the IT team to develop internal APIs and web applications.
Responsibilities
Designs, builds and tests secure APIs and applications as per requirements.
Troubleshoots, tunes and maintains distributed cloud applications.
Assists in code, performance optimization and configuration of applications.
Performs other duties as required.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in IT-related field is required.
Experience in relevant coop placement positions.
Excellent proficiency with Java and web ecosystem.
Strong SQL experience preferably with MySQL modeling experience.
Preferred
Knowledge of microservice architecture and patterns.
Working knowledge of Spring and SpringBoot.
